I have bagged all uniforms. (Black/Wht summer outfit, filler pieces, new for 9th, etc.) I am taking them over to the TAC to Miss Laurie in the next 30 min. Please stop by after 12:00 today or between 7:30-4:00 PM Thursday or Friday to pick up yours. All 9th Cheer and 9th Dance have something to pick up and anyone who had filler pieces ordered have a pick up. Reminder, if you are working “Stuff the Bus” this Saturday, we are wearing the BLK-WHT summer outfit for that event. Again, thanks for volunteering to my parents/cheerleaders/dancers!
9-JV CHEER: please bring a check for $78.00 for Stunt Clinic, made payable to BHS, the first day of clinic. I have your release forms already. VARSITY: arrive by 8:15 AM to put out the mats. 9/JV arrive by 8:30 to sign in and give me your check. Reminder, this event has been on the calendar since April (actually since March) and it is MANDATORY that all team members be at the clinic. It is a stunt clinic and a team member missing doesn’t allow that stunt group to work and learn. Any absence will count as unexcused unless previously approved due to family wedding, etc. You get 3 unexcused absences for the year per practices/procedures.
Aug 2-4- WEST GYM: Varsity Dance 10-1pm on 2nd and 3rd and on the Aug. 4th 9-12pm
Aug. 2 & 3rd from 2-4 PM in WEST GYM :9 Cheer/9 Dance, Elliott and Sandra, Sr. Cheer, Sr. Dance: Eye of the Tiger and Chants
Aug. 4th : 9/JV/VAR DANCE TEAMS in WEST GYM from 2-4 PM to practice for Tiger Pride performance
Aug. 6/7 JV-VAR Cheer Compeition Tryout and Practice-WEST GYM
Aug 8-10-Varsity Dance-West Gym-4:30-6:30 PM
Aug 9 and Aug 10 at Barker for 9th grade dance 4:30-6:30 pm; Aug 11 at Barker from 6-8 PM (due to open house there)
Aug. 13/14-9 Cheer Competition Choreography Practice: WEST GYM
Tiger PRIDE: Aug.20th: Will send schedule when available….
Parents: please remember that times/dates may change due to choreographer or gym availability. A text will be sent to your son/daughter if this happens.
Balances due at THREADS: Reminder
Next, BALANCES were due at THREADS on July 15th We need to order the new warm ups to ensure that they are embroidered and ready to go when cold weather approaches. I know that seems far way now but 100 cheerleaders/dancers later it takes a while to do.
